SECTION 1 - GENERAL INFORMATION
This Privacy Policy contains information on the collection, use, storage, processing and protection of users' and visitors' personal data when you register for our services or fill in forms on our site, with the aim of demonstrating absolute transparency on the subject and clarifying to all interested parties the types of data that are collected, the reasons for collection and how users can manage or delete their personal information.

SECTION 2 - HOW DO WE COLLECT USER AND VISITOR PERSONAL DATA?
The personal data of the user and visitor is collected by the platform as follows:
When the user creates an account/profile on the OPORTO FORTE group platform, this data is basic identification, such as: e-mail, full name, city of residence and profession. These data allow us to identify the user and visitor, as well as guaranteeing greater security and meeting their needs. Users and visitors are aware that their profile on the platform will be accessible to all other users and visitors of the OPORTO FORTE platform.
When a user and visitor accesses the pages of the site, information about interaction and access is collected by the company to ensure a better experience for the user and visitor. This data can cover the keywords used in a search, the sharing of a specific document, comments, page views, profiles, the URL from which the user and visitor originate, the browser they use and their access IPs, among others that may be stored and retained.
Through a third party: the OPORTO FORTE group platform receives data from third parties, such as Google, when a user logs in with their profile from one of these sites. The use of this data is authorised in advance by the users with the third party in question.

We may collect personal information such as name, e-mail address, telephone number and other relevant information when you sign up for our services or fill in forms on our website.
SECTION 4 - FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The personal data of the user and visitor collected and stored by the OPORTO FORTE group platform is intended to:
Welfare of the user and visitor: to improve the product and/or service offered, to facilitate, speed up and fulfil the commitments established between the user and the company, to improve the user experience and to provide specific functionalities depending on the basic characteristics of the user.
Platform improvements: understanding how the user uses the platform's services, to help with business and technical development.
Advertisements: display personalised advertisements to the user based on the data provided.
Commercial: the data is used to personalise the content offered and provide the platform with subsidies to improve the quality of the services.
User profile prediction: automated processing of personal data to evaluate use of the platform.
Registration data: to allow user access to certain content on the platform, exclusively for registered users

The processing of personal data for purposes not provided for in this Privacy Policy will only take place with prior communication to the user, so that the rights and obligations provided for herein remain applicable.
SECTION 5 - HOW LONG IS PERSONAL DATA STORED?
The personal data of the user and visitor is stored by the platform for the period necessary to provide the service or fulfil the purposes set out in this document, in accordance with the provisions of item I of article 15 of Law 13.709/18.
The data may be removed or anonymised at the user's request, except in cases where the law provides for other processing.
Also, users' personal data can only be kept after the end of its processing in the following cases provided for in Article 16 of the aforementioned law:
I - fulfilment of a legal or regulatory obligation by the controller;
II - study by a research body, guaranteeing, whenever possible, the anonymisation of personal data;
III - transfer to a third party, provided that the data processing requirements set out in this Law are complied with;
IV - exclusive use by the controller, with no access by third parties, and provided that the data is anonymised.
SECTION 6 - SECURITY OF STORED PERSONAL DATA
The platform undertakes to apply technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access and from situations of destruction, loss, alteration, communication or dissemination of such data.
The personal data stored is treated confidentially, within legal limits. However, we may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 7 - DATA SHARING
The sharing of user data only occurs with data relating to publications made by the user themselves, such actions are shared publicly with other users.
User profile data is shared publicly on search engines and within the platform, and the user is allowed to modify this setting so that their profile does not appear in the search results of such tools.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so it is recommended that users and visitors review it frequently.

By using the service or providing personal information after any changes have been made, the user and visitor demonstrates their agreement with the new rules.

SECTION 12 - JURISDICTION FOR CONFLICT RESOLUTION
For the settlement of disputes arising from this instrument, Brazilian law shall apply in full.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the district in which the company's head office is located.
